TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of KÖRPERKLEID (KK).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
KÖRPERKLEID creates garments and jewelry as Single Pieces and in small series.
Single Pieces are unique products that exist only once.
Small Series are produced in limited quantities of 1–10 pieces per design.
All products offered in the online shop are designed, selected and produced by KÖRPERKLEID and are available as presented in the online shop.
Due to the nature of our materials and production processes, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur. These characteristics are part of the individual nature of the products and do not constitute a defect.
Product images and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
3. Ordering & Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected product.
The purchase contract is concluded when KÖRPERKLEID confirms the order by email or accepts the order by shipping the product.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
A Single Piece can only be purchased once. Once sold, it is no longer available.
Each Small Series is available only in the quantity stated on the respective product page. Once sold out, the series will not be reproduced unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices shown in the online shop are stated in euros and include applicable statutory VAT, where applicable.
The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered in the online shop.
5. Delivery
All products offered in the KÖRPERKLEID online shop are finished products and are normally ready for shipment.
Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped within 3–5 working days after receipt of payment.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.
6. Shipping
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process before you complete your purchase.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
You can find detailed information about your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period and how to exercise it on our Withdrawal page.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please follow the instructions provided on our Withdrawal page.
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the applicable amount using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The statutory rules regarding the reimbursement of return shipping costs apply.
9. Defects & Statutory Warranty
Your statutory rights in the event of defective products remain unaffected.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not correspond to the ordered product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content published on the KÖRPERKLEID website, including designs, photographs, graphics, texts, logos and other visual materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The use, reproduction or distribution of this content without prior written permission is not permitted unless legally allowed.
11. Liability
KÖRPERKLEID is liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
Limitations of liability do not apply in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct, injury to life, body or health, or where liability is mandatory under applicable law.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about the collection, use and protection of personal data.
13. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged and do not currently participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We remain open to resolving any questions or complaints directly with our customers.
14. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not thereby withdrawn.
15. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
KÖRPERKLEID reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary, for example due to changes in legal requirements or our services.
The version applicable at the time of your order shall apply to that purchase.
